Yes I must admit that the title is a bit link baity but pardon my cheesiness. I genuinely want to account my details on the simple steps I took to achieve those backlinks in Yahoo. This is afterall, a blog-for-me-to-take-note-of-things 
Ok never mind.
Firstly this is done for another site (part of my work 
) and I haven’t had the time to do it for this blog yet. So don’t go checking my blog and claiming me a liar! (Of course you wont check my blog, I am not that famous)
Anyway the method is pretty simple, easy,and fun!. To me at least.
What I basically did was just go to blogs and post comments with my link there! Sounds like spam I know but rest assured I really did read a couple of post before doing any commenting. You might be surprised at the wealth of information you can get!
So you not going build links but you get to learn things too. What a steal i must say.
The most important factor in commenting though is that the blog owner must have the "nofollow" links disabled. A "nofollow" link will not register with the search engines as the robots and spiders will stop at that link and literally, not follow it.
I mange to find a great resource for blogs that have the "nofollow" link disabled.
